Frequently Asked Questions

1What temperature range can the product maintain?
Rather than maintaining a fixed temperature range, our cargo insulation products are designed to impede temperature change and spikes caused by direct sunlight and being left on the tarmac during transport. While refrigerated freight can keep temperatures at a constant, at one point or another, it is also left out on the tarmac when changing modes of transport. The actual temperature performance depends on several factors, including transit time, the initial packing temperature, and which specific insulation product is used. We work with customers to identify the right solution based on their shipping conditions and cargo requirements.
2Can the product be customized?
Yes. With the exception of our cold boxes, our entire product line is fully customizable to meet customer specifications, including pallet sizes and container dimensions.
3Is the product reusable?
Our products are reusable, though the extent of reusability depends on the level of wear experienced during transit. Reusability can therefore vary from shipment to shipment.
4How long can it maintain the required temperature?
The duration our products can maintain the required temperature varies depending on transit time, the temperature at which the cargo was packed, and the specific type of cargo insulation selected. Because these factors differ from shipment to shipment, we work with each customer to recommend the solution best suited to their route and cargo requirements.
5Do you have test data or performance results?
Yes. We maintain test data and performance results for our products and are happy to share them upon request.
6What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 300 units for pallet covers and 25 units for container liners. MOQs for the rest of our product line vary depending on the level of customization required.
7Can you provide samples for testing?
Yes. For a fee, we can provide customized samples for testing, and in some cases our team can personally assist with the testing process on-site.
8What is the lead time?
Our standard lead time is generally 3 to 4 weeks for minimum orders but can be longer for bigger orders.
9Which country can you provide to?
We sell internationally and ship to customers worldwide.
10How much is the shipping?
Shipping costs depend on order volume. For shipments to ASEAN countries, we offer a flat, consistent shipping rate regardless of destination within the region.
